തിരുവനന്തപുരം; കേരളത്തിലെ ഡയറ്റീഷ്യൻമാർക്കായുള്ള ഓൺലൈൻകൂട്ടായ്മയായ കമ്മ്യൂണിറ്റി ന്യൂട്രീഷൻ ഫോറം (CNF)ത്തിന്റെ നേതൃത്വത്തിൽ 2021 ലെ ലോക പ്രമേഹദിനത്തോട് അനുബന്ധിച്ച് നടത്തിയ ഡയബ്@ഈസ് എന്ന മുഴുദിന വെബ്ബിനാർ ഏഷ്യൻ റെക്കോർഡ് ലഭിച്ചു.
പൊതുജനങ്ങൾക്കായി ഡയറ്റീഷ്യൻമാർചേർന്ന് നടത്തിയ ഏറ്റവും ദൈർഘ്യമേറിയ വെബിനാർ എന്ന നേട്ടമാണ് യൂണിവേഴ്സൽ റെക്കോർഡ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ ഏഷ്യൻ റെക്കോർഡ് നു അർഹമായത്. ഈ വെബ്ബിനാറിൽ ക്ലാസുകൾ എടുത്ത കേരളത്തിലുടനീളമുള്ള 12 ഡയറ്റീഷ്യൻമാരായ, ശ്രീപ്രിയ ഷാജി, ഷെറിൻ തോമസ്, ഉമാ കല്യാണി, സോണിയ കെ ജോസഫ്, ജോതി ജെയിംസ്, സിന്ധു എസ്, നിസ്സിമോൾ മേരി ജോസ്, ശ്രുതി കെ, മൃദുല അരവിന്ദ്, സുചിത്ര കെ, ഷാക്കിറ സുമയ്യ, അനു എംവി എന്നിവർ കവടിയാർ കൊട്ടാരത്തിൽ വെച്ച് അശ്വതി തിരുനാൾ ഗൗരിലക്ഷ്‌മി ഭായി തമ്പുരാട്ടിയിൽ നിന്ന് മെഡലുകളും സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റുകളും ഏറ്റുവാങ്ങി.
പോഷകാഹാര മേഖലയിൽ വ്യാജന്മാരുടെ തള്ളിക്കയറ്റം പ്രതിരോധിക്കാനും തെറ്റിദ്ധരിപ്പിക്കുന്ന വാർത്തകൾ തടയുവാനും സമൂഹത്തിന് ശരിയായ ഭക്ഷണരീതികളും ആരോഗ്യകരമായ ജീവിത ശൈലിയുടെയും പ്രാധാന്യത്തെക്കുറിച്ചു അവബോധം സൃഷ്ടിക്കുക എന്നതുമാണ് ഈ കൂട്ടായ്മയുടെ ലക്ഷ്യം. ഇതിനോടൊപ്പംതന്നെ CNF ലെ ഡയറ്റീഷ്യൻമാർ നൂറോളം ക്ലാസുകൾ സ്കൂളുകൾ ഓഫീസുകൾ, കോളേജുകൾ, ആയിരത്തോളം സ്റ്റുഡന്റ് പോലീസ് കേഡറ്റ്‌സ് എന്നിവർക്കായി നടത്തിയിരുന്നു.

Community Nutrition Forum is an online community for Dietitians across kerala. It was started with the intention to educate right nutrition and healthy lifestyle for the society during pandemic as there was overflow of quacks in Nutrition and too much of misleading information about nutrition.
DIAB@EASE is the event organized during November 2021, in observance of World Diabetes Day November 14, 2021… Dietitians across kerala had conducted classes aiming atleast 1school per district on Prevention of Lifestyle disorder in younger generation, However we covered 84 schools in the span 14 days from November 1st to 14th, 2021… across kerala and also a session for Student police cadet, Government of kerala, which was particapated by nearly 1000 students.
On November 14, 2021, we had conducted 10hours back to back webinar on Diabetes awareness sessions on 12 different topics for general public… which was well appreciated and had more than 100 participants throughout the day…
This event had won the Asian record for longest webinar exclusively by dietitians by Universal Record Forum.. And medals and certificates were received from Her Highness – Aswathi Thirunaal Tamburaati on March 11, 2022 at Kowdiar palace.
